printer problem
My hp deskjet 1010 prints more than one copy of a document, but only on occasion. What's up with that?

Reinstall the Drivers:
When you make a change to you Mac (i.e. update installation), sometimes settings may become tinkered with (i.e. caches being reset). So, remove the device, and then add it back. Important: Get the Drivers from the manufacturer (HP), and none other. Elsewise, you may end up installing malware or spyware.
Important: Create a Time Machine Backup, First:
Prior to the update of your your device, you should always be certain to backup your Mac using a Time Machine Backup. That way, you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall.
