Where is the network utility app???

The Network Utility app has been deprecated it is no longer available except as an information window to tell you its been deprecated.

If you need to use any of its tools, you need to do so through Terminal now.

Should be in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder.

Suggestion: A quick search in spotlight ≈ "Network Utility.app" should bring up.

Or

/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Network Utility.app

It's still available to me in Catalina 10.15.7.
