I just got my iPhone 13 mini, setup and updated to iOS15.02
Now I want to find a manual so I can use it.
I tried support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone as suggested in the microscopic "manual" but keep going around in circles.
I tried iBooks but just got a Book which showed the location of buttons.

FYI: iBooks is long gone.
You should be able to use the Books app to get "iPhone User Guide" by Apple directly on your iPhone.
