I cannot order from Apple online at all

Shopping bag has an icon with 3 on it. Click on bag and the error occurs. Cannot add anything to the bag. Cannot check out. Occurs on web browser on iMac, iPad and iPhone as well as in Apple Store app on iPhone and iPad. Now talked to five different Apple Support people, none have solved the problem. Has existed for more than 2 weeks now. Cannot order from Apple online at all. Help!!!!

I've now interacted with 10 separate people from Apple and finally the answer is that the problem cannot be solved! The suggested solution is to create a brand new Apple ID, different to the one I actually use for all my devices, family sharing, etc etc etc (which is actually also an Apple iCloud e-mail address) .... totally absurd and unacceptable. Very disappointed with Apple - no care, no ownership, no customer orientation. Billions in profits but can't and won't solve customer problems.

The people on this forum are users like you. I have never seen this issue posted before and I strongly suspect it will be something you will have to continue to work with Apple's support staff to resolve.


Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

No, not resolved. I have now spoken to five separate people in Apple Support, none have solved the problem. It has been like this for 3 weeks now. I'm starting to suspect or wonder if iCloud+ is a part of this problem, as I was switched to that as part of the upgrade to ios15 on my iPad and iPhone but of course, that is not yet the case on my Mac. Possibly an interoperability issue?
