Netflix Error ATV-ui92 - Fix

There was expired threads on this which had lots of possibles that didn't work for me. Resets etc all useless.


In the end what worked was changing the email address for my netflix account.


I had an account with the old email address that hadn't been used in a year so Netflix nixed it. Set up an account with the same email and this worked fine on the browser. On my Apple TV 2 it would only give the Netflix Error ATV-ui92.


Seems like there is a problem with recycling old email address for ID.

The tip you posted has an error. You have to change the email address of your netflix account to a new, fresh one. So the first part of the tip is right and really all that is needed. The second bit is incorrect and should just be removed.


Re-using the old email is part of the problem ( I suspect Netflix may have retired the account and invalidated the email address in the process but who knows what goes on behind the scenes ).

Many thanks to you and the original poster, @scoobyclub. Yesterday, I read through lots of "solutions online; did "resets" and endured multiple failures; and wasted almost an hour on the phone with Netflix, trying to solve the ATV-ui92 error. This morning, I read scoobyclub's suggested fix. I changed our Netflix email address, as advised, and....viola! Again, thanks to both of you-- may this solution quickly rise to the top!
