iPhone Lost in FedEx delivery

I retuned iPhone 13 through FedEx label provided by Apple. It delivered but apple says that the device was not on the package. The FedEx carrier guys has stolen the iphone and delivered the box. I have reported and they are investigating the issue. would they refund ?

Apple sent an empty box for $1000 The incident : the phone was ordered from Apple on line Store on 10/27/2022 Supposed to be delivered on 11/25/2022. But Fedex said the package will be delayed for the 26 then the 27 then the 28 and finally Fedex said that the package was routed to Fedex office in 1505 Cecil B Moore Ave ,Philadelphia pa 19121. As I requested. ( I never requested that change —it is 45 minutes a way from my house) I called Fedex to send it to my house as planned they said only sender can do that . I went to pick up the package from the store at 8:12 am on 11/29/22. As soon I touched the package I know it is empty so I asked the clerk /employee (her name Kaitlin) For a box cutter and opened the box on front of her showing her the box was empty and I showed to the camera then I called Fedex and made a claim which they did nothing saying that I signed for the box I called apple in the beginning they said they will send me another one then now they said they have to find the phone first to replaced or issue a refund. Can apple show evidence that the phone was inside the box when they sent it or. Fedex show that the phone was inside when I opened the box in front of the camera at Fedex 1505 Cecil B Moore Ave in Philadelphia

Shipping carrier lost my iPhone order I ordered an iPhone 14 pro space black at online Apple Store because it was not available at all nearest stores. Apple sent a original order by Fedex it says that it was delivered to me but I haven’t received any phone by anyone. Secondly apple sent an replacement for the lost phone with same carrier Fedex after 3-4 days of shipping i got a call from fedex that they had lost the phone and suggested me to let them know about that missing phone. I notified apple about that right away and apple said they will send another replacement and they did it with UPS It was an express shipping shipped by apple on Nov 09, 2022. It was scheduled to be delivered by Nov 10, 2022 but I didn’t get it until today. I call apple and UPS about 100 times to get an update. Even I went to UPS where my package was last scanned and they concluded that this package is lost by them and UPS will settle down claim with apple and I Notified apple again about the situation and apple said they will not provide me any refund or any replacement but if i didn’t get the phone how i can pay for that phone.
