Why can't Siri locate all of the songs in my iPhone Music library instead of just the ones I've purchased from Apple Music?

Siri on HomePod has access to your unhidden purchase history, or your iCloud Music Library if you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match*. If you don't have one of the subscription services you will need to use AirPlay from a computer or iOS device.
