Mac default applications and services stopped responding

For about 2 weeks now several mac default apps stopped being responsive (Explorer, Apple ID, Software Update, Bluetooth and many many others). I can open them but except the toolbar nothing else is clickable. Literally NOTHING. I considered downgrading from Big Sur but i can't even do that because i can't click ANYTHING

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6
