Disabling Microphone Access When Using Screen Recording

I found the following instructions for enabling/disabling microphone access for different apps.

https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/control-access-to-your-microphone-on-mac-mchla1b1e1fe/mac

Although, this doesn't seem to resolve my issue. I'm trying to screen record using Quicktime Player and every screen recording I do seems to pick up on my microphone audio. I want the recording to include my computer audio only, without recording my microphone. I read an older post explaining how to disable the microphone access, but Quicktime is not on my list of apps, therefore I cannot disable microphone access by deselecting a checkbox as the instructions say to do.

Is there another way around this? How can I revoke access to something that doesn't show up in the permissions?

Thanks in advance for any help!
