Storage got filled with system data after transferring an iPhone

I transferred an iPhone X 256GB to an iPhone 11 Pro 256GB via phone to phone today. My iPhone X has 178GB of memory used with 6GB of System Data. When it got transferred to iPhone 11, 238 GB are used. 93 of them are System Data.

I tried doing this twice already and both times it is the same problem. Does anyone know what I can do? Thank you in advance!
