Thanks for the fast response. I will try responding to your thread in the order it was asked, hopefully that helps. Before answering, I have already opened a ticket but haven’t gotten any response yet. It is supposed to be software, and I can’t dismiss that, especially because I recently went to the Apple store to have a replacement done and still experiencing some issues, although some are gone.
Now, to your questions.
Does this happen with a specific app?
-Mostly Safari, but yes some other apps (although it seems because they are not pro motion optimized or 120 hz ready which explains the stuttering and fuzzy look when scrolling, this is by the way a comment which came from Apple, can’t remember the name)
Have you tried the steps here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open
You mentioned that you did a "clean install", after restoring your device using a computer, did you set up as new or restore your backup?
- clean install, set up as new, then set up as new again, then restored my backup. Have done this procedure 3 times because apparently we need to make extra extra extra sure we do that first.
what I don’t get, is that my girlfriend got a 13 pro max and no issues whatsoever. I have the 13 pro and experiencing tons of glitches and non responsive screens. If you do reviews store visits you wi see the issues they wrote, and if you see the support through call or chat, maybe they can share the videos as well. Either way, I still am experiencing software issues. Hopefully this get sorted out soon as there some other threads out there mentioning the same issues, although again, my girly and other friends are not experiencing any of them. Bad batch?
