will latest google drive work with Macos Mojave
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
Apparently not, just downloaded & installed, everything seemed fine, but up pops a dialog that say Sync & Backup no longer supported, Remove/Cancel. Ran the App a few times & nothing showed on screen though it was running.
Goggle Docs worked in a Browser though.
I'd delete it & maybe reinstall it later.
Well, different story now, good thing you questioned me, seems to be working this second time, won't know for certain until I can restart later today my friend! :)
Also...
I downloaded the latest one, & apparently it does NOT work in Mojave.
If your old drive sync works then leave it, the new one did NOT work for me, or it saw an old one, I do not know, but Google Drive did not apparently work for me.
I'm going to install the latest one again & see if it's doing something in the background... what does or did it do for you?

OK, finally restarted & got it working fine in 10.14.6 Mojave...
Secret might be that it's a file called...
GoogleDriveFileStream.dmg instead of GoogleDrive.dmg
Yet it is the same size & installs to a file called GoogleDrive.app
So maybe I had too many irons in the fire before, or just plain getting too old for this my fried.
Did you download the latest google drive or the old one. The old is working but keep getting message to delete. What do I do?
