Card added to Wallet on Apple Watch, but cannot add the same card to Iphone 13 Pro

Hi!

I have been struggling with my debit card, issued from Budapest Bank, Hungary.

My bank supports Apple Pay, i've been using it with another card from this same bank, everything worked fine so far.

I requested another card from the bank and it came up in my online Budapest Bank account as an option to add it to my wallet and then I can use it with Apple Pay until my physical card arrives.

I tried adding it many times to my Iphone 13 Pro but nothing. The same error every time that you see on my pictures that I have inserted to my post.

I even logged into my Budapest Bank application from my mothers phone (Iphone 7) and I successfully added it to hers, but still doesn't work for my phone. It can even be added to my Apple Watch SE, as you see it.

I called the bank and they say they don't know what could be the problem, and they advised me to call Apple, as they can help me, so before calling them I thought I would ask here.

Shortly: card can be added to my apple watch, and my mothers iphone 7 but not my iphone 13 pro.

Can the problem be that I have tried adding it too many times, it blocked itself and if it is, than for how long? Forever?
