NEED HELP FROM APPLE SUPPORT
My Apple Watch SE bought in India online directly from Apple is in the warranty period. On 04 Oct 21, the touch screen stopped functioning, next day the watch was heating up, and on the third day it went dead. I gave it to the Authorised Service Centre at Adayar, Chennai, India for repairs. They sent it to their Bangalore Service Centre. In fa few days I was asked to take back the watch as it was diagnosed as Abuse/liquid damage. I am completely shocked hearing this as I have used the watch with utmost care and in noway such damage could have occurred. How they diagnosed it as Abuse is a great mystery to me. The Apple Support India had denied any help. I requested for re inspection of the watch and they have refused. My Watch Serial No is G9***Q07V. Could you pl help?
