Can’t sync OMRON BP7450 with IPhone 13 Pro Max

I've tried the suggestions posted but every time I select the model and try to pair it tells me it’s unsuccessful:

“Pairing unsuccessful

We are sorry. Something went wrong and your BP7450 was not paired with the app. Please tap on 'Restart pairing' below”

I got my phone two weeks ago and can’t get it Any help greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue. I followed the directions on the following page and was able to reconnect: https://omronhealthcare.com/faq/i-am-unable-to-pair-sync-my-blood-pressure-monitor-because/


The key for me was to do both of the following:

1-Go into the OMRON app, under my Profile, and make sure the device was removed from my list of Connected Devices.

2-On the iPhone, go to Settings, Bluetooth, and find the BP7450 in the list of devices, click on it, and click on 'Forget This Device'

3-Then reattempt connecting the BP7450 to your phone via the OMRON app.


After I completed steps 1 and 2, I was able to successfully reconnect and sync my readings.
