Since I updated to BigSur, my scanner Canon G3160 doesn´t work, due to a Error Code -21345.
I reinstall the printer, updated the driver and it is printing perfectly, but it still doesn´t fuctioning with the scanner. I tested with another notebook with BigSur installed and it is fuctioning perfectly. Does anyone can help me with this ?

Unfortunately this can often happen when an OS update or upgrade is installed. In addition to your print driver, is there some scanning software from Cannon that needs to be updated? I would check that. Another option is to install VueScan scanning software. There is a one time price for it, but you can try it for free. (It will print with a watermark.) It is a full featured software which works with virtually any scanner and is well supported. I can recommend it. I have no association with VueScan. Here is their link.

The indicated software is really very nice and works perfectly (I decided to download and bought it).
Unfortunately, it was necessary because I updated Canon drives and software, my BigSur is updated too, but the Apple App is still crashed.
