I cant't find my Netflix subscription on my itunes account. I need to cancel it and don't know what to do. I looked for it on my purchase history and did not see it.

I have same issue, I lost my bank card that I registered when I subscribed to Netflix and they’re requesting me to update payment as they couldn’t get their payment, called Netflix and they said I pay through iTunes and I couldn’t find Netflix on my subscription even on Apple Pay, I chatted online with an Apple agent and they couldn’t help my situation neither, is quite frustrating because Netflix said they can’t cancel my subscription that I have to do it myself but I can’t find my subscription anywhere, I can’t access Netflix 😌😌😌 I’m stuck.

For clarification:

  1. Netflix stopped supporting subscriptions through iTunes a couple of years ago. Any existing subscriptions would be allowed to continue through there until they were cancelled or could not be charged for any reason. Any new subscriptions or renewals after cancellation would have to be done directly through Netflix's website and would not longer be connected to an Apple ID.
  2. If the subscription does not appear on your Apple account, then it may on a different Apple account if you changed Apple IDs at any point or directly with Netflix under a different email, Apple nor Netflix have any control over how you chose to subscribe or how you manage your accounts. So you and you alone need to figure out how you subscribed.
  3. Since you are being charged by Apple directly as evidenced by the entry on your card statement, it would suggest that if its not on your current Apple ID, that you may have subscribed through a different Apple ID at some point. You would need to find that Apple ID and log into it to cancel the subscription.

Who says that?

If you cancelled the subscription, then no device can use it anymore.

If Netflix is saying it's still active, then ask them where or how its still active?

Of note, is that a Netflix subscription would not be tied to a device. It's tied to an account. Once cancelled any device using that account, would no longer be able to access Netflix since the associated subscription would have been cancelled.
