I just bought an iPad Pro and I want to hide apps but it only wants to delete them HELP

Does the ipad pro not have an app library i want to hide apps not delete them but i cannot figure out how

iPhone 12, iOS 14

It will not have an App Library unless its running iPadOS 15. If you have not done so, update the iPad to iOS 15 to get the App Library feature.

IOS 14 did not have that feature.
