I want to ask does MacOS 10.14 Mojave support Macbook Air 13'' 2020 M1 - RAM 8GB?
Because some one told me that MacOS Mojave only support MAC devices with Intel chip.
That's why I want to confirm it can support both M1 and Intel or not.

As long time Respected Contributor @Niel has mentioned - Mojave can only be run on Intel Apple Computer.
Mojave can not and will never be supported on Apple Silicon M1 or M1X Computers.
Apple Silicon M1 or M1X or M1 Pro CPUs can only run the version of OS pre-installed at the time of being made. They probably will Qualify for newer version of macOS like Monterey and above but never anything older.
The basic rule is, the version of macOS that a specific model Mac came pre-installed with is the oldest version of macOS that can run on that specific Mac.
So if the 2020 Mac came with Catalina 10.15.4, then that is the oldest version of macOS that can be installed.
