Apple won't accept my D-U-N-S Number

I am trying to start the enrollment program for our app on apple,


I contacted the relevant party to get our D-U-N-S number, got an email to say it already exists, but when I go to enter your Legal Entity Name and D-U-N-S number I get the error below? The number is right as is our name


The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.


I have tried the tip about a space after the company name and the number no luck. Has anyone got a solution?

What is "it"? Are you saying that DUNS said the number already existed? If so, you will need to take that up with Dun & Bradstreet.

Or is that the standard answer if it was just created? So basically I need to wait two weeks and then try again?

Sorry, but nobody know the internals of how Apple operates or what its error messages mean. That two-week time frame is simply the best-guess analysis that people have made from several years ago.


My own experience is that any kind of business-to-business relationship with Apple (or any other company for that matter) runs on a very different schedule and a very different set of expectations than those of consumer relationships.
