Owner account's 2FA method(phone number) has been lost, and no way to recover.

So I tried to change my mobile number in iforgot.apple.com, and I was told I have to wait till nov. 8.

And currently my apps are working properly, but item purchase failed due to unknown reason.


And the problem is; I found it on my owner account's email box;

"We’d like to let you know that your bank account holder’s address is now required in App Store Connect due to changes in local regulations. Account Holders, Admins, and Finance roles can provide a valid address in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking section. Please provide this information by October 22, 2021, in order to avoid a potential interruption of your payments."


Due to this reason, it looks like all apps in app purchase has been stopped.

Will there be any way to refresh phone number with new one?
