is there no direct connection from Quicken desktop to download apple credit card transactions from a laptop? I don't use Quicken on my iphone so just having the download available to the phone isn't really workable or convenient.

I looked at the link. There is no monthly statement PDF download and share button on the iPhone. The PDF download is only available on the web and that does not give the ability to export to Quicken. Even with the cash back option, the fact that Apple doesn’t have transaction downloads and also doesn’t have monthly export makes it a non starter for us Quicken users because inserting manual transactions in Quicken is labor intensive and not worth it when so many other cards offer the ability to download to Quicken. So I will be limiting my Apple transactions on the Apple Credit Card and will be using other cards.
Hi, you can download monthly statements in the format Quicken uses from the web. There is a support article on how to download/export the statements and the supported formats,

Daily transaction integration is not a method currently supported by the Apple Card App in the Wallet. My personal opinion is that this is not permitted because of the tight privacy and security integration of the Apple Card with the iPhone.

Aha! I see the process now. On my iPhone, I go to Wallet/Card Balance/Statement/Export Transactions/Choose File Format (e.g. QFX) and then either save, text or email. In my case, because I only use Quicken on my Windows laptop, I have to mail the monthly statement QFX file to myself. I then open my email on my Windows laptop and open the QFX file, which then downloads into my Quicken. My request is that Goldman Sachs who appears to be the financial company you’re using as they letterhead the statements, should allow me to simply open up a web browser on my Windows laptop and choose to download my statement into QFX and then open the QFX file in Quicken. Having to go through all the steps on my phone first and then email the file to myself is far too many steps.
Also, I’ll go to the Apple Feedback site and register my request too. Thanks so much for answering my question. Sometimes I forget I’m not talking to Apple but to a user. I really appreciate all your help today!
