CANT GET SPECIFICATIONS PAGE TO LOAD

I cannot get my Mac book pro specifications page to load. Each time I get too many redirects. I have looked though the support pages for Apple and completed everything that it as asked and still have the same issues.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
