i recently purchased a new iphone 11 from someone off of a resale app and the guy had gotten his snapchat deleted on this phone and it was fully reset but i can’t get snapchat on it it locks my account when i try to log in on this phone but on my old phone i can still get into it how can i unblock or unlock this phone so i can get snapchat?
