How do i verify an apps integrity using 15.0.2 on an iPhone Xs?

How do i verify an apps integrity so i can finish installing a very well known game? 15.0.2 has no device management tab no more like prior updates did? I’ve been trying since the day 15.0.2 update was installed? Please help…I would appreciate it much! Thank You! On a iPhone Xs

► Pending App Store Updates - Old Applications, Old Updates Started receiving update notice requests for several OLD applications this week (late July, 2020, see attachment). Some of these applications are several years old, as are the requested updates. Some update versions are actually in conflict (an earlier version) with the version of the application currently installed. I'm specifically interested in what would happen if I choose to update/install those applications? Would that specific version be rolled BACK? Would this cause any problems? This list seems to continue to grow daily, is now up to 7 (seven) as of July 31, 2020. I actually updated one application much earlier this week that fit this update criteria before I realized what was happening. how can i bypass the verify app integrity i went thru device management already didnt work ive had this app called juwa on my phone before. previously i had the iphone 13 pro max system updated. well i switched to the iphone 12 system updated. both phones use the same apple id. i am able to download the app JUWA on my 13 just fine. when i try to download it on iphone it will say “MDM doesnt match old playload.” ive gotten past that but when it comes to installing the app it says unable because it cant verify apps integrity but the app shows as verified in device management. what do i do?

Did you download it from the App Store? If so, there should be no need to verify the integrity of the app. The only reason you would need the device management page is if you have a management profile installed.
