Keyboard is stuck on side of ipad screen

please help, i have tried to do the normal things where you drag it back down but when i tried i realized i can type on the area the keyboard normally is, the buttons are just stuck.

IPad issue Web I try to type on my iPad with the keyboard. I hit the space bar, and it doesn't work, and an orange border appears on the screen if I press the tab key it just moves to other areas
