Anyone else having issues with Universal Control? I can't seem to turn it on, the box to check off shows up but does nothing?

dialabrain is correct. Universal Control will be released sometime later as it's not quite ready for "prime time".
Last I read Universal Control is a work in progress. It may not be functional until a later version of Monterey.
If it is available only on later version of Monterey, why they announce Monterey with this feature on 26 Oct 2021? It is very disappointing that it doesn't work after following all the instructions available online.
