Apple TV

I am on auto pay and have not been able to get into my apple tv on the

tv for over 1 month. I have even tried to sign up for the first 3 months free and

I can't get in but my payments keep getting taken out of my checking account.

I have tried to get the on-line help where they will call me back and I put my name

and phone number in and they say they call me back and get voice mail but my

phone never rings?

Try calling them yourself instead.
