HELP! My Mac Pro 2012 won't turn on!!

HELP! I went to turn on my Mac Pro (mid 2012 quad) and it didn't turn on!! It doesn't start! I've already unplugged the power cord several times, pressed the Power button for 15 seconds, turned it back on, but it won't start! When I plug in the power cord, it flashes the red light on the card. However, I try to start on the button and it doesn't turn on! Help me please!!!

Mac Pro, macOS 10.13

The approved method to make progress is to remove all drives and everything in a slot and try for the chime.

Once you get a chime, you can add back one item at a time, and find what is causing the problem.

fans run?

If not, and it has been without power recently, the long life non-recharging coin cell PRAM backup battery may have declined below the 3.0 Volts level required to start. The device is located half-hidden behind the graphics card, and its holder is difficult, so use a bright light and understand fully before you act.

CR2032, used in car key fobs and garage door opener controls is a readily-available and pretty good replacement.

Good morning mate! Remove the CPU flag too? I have already removed the graphics card, CPU tray, DVD player, COMS battery... The original battery is a Panasonic BR2032 and I replaced it with a new one, but CR 2032 does it make any difference? does it have to be "BR" ? as for the LEDs: when I connect the power cable, the Red LED flashes quickly. I noticed that on the side there is a button that when pressed, turns on a yellow light. But only when I press. Any commands that can help? I'm very sad because I survive the work I do with this Mac. Please help me!!!
