I have a iPhone 8. I have dropped it and cracked the screen which has lead to it becoming disabled. It’s now telling me I need to plug it into iTunes. If I do that will I have to restore everything? There is photos on there that haven’t been backed up to iCloud. Is it possible for me to still get all my photos of the phone?

Any method you could try will require you to enter your passcode on the iPhone screen, which unfortunately does not work. There is no way to bypass this problem so photos which are not yet backed up will be lost. Sorry this news is not what you hoped to hear.

If you had Photos set to be synced with iCloud, then they should pop right up.
User a Computer:
Important: Consider using a computer to perform this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
Once the phone is disabled all data is gone.
If I replace the screen would there be a way?

Strange.
Is this your computer? OR someone else's (i.e. work)?
Create a new user, and see if it then works.
If you've never plugged it in to that computer before, you cannot get any data off. Getting the data requires you to enter the phone's passcode on the phone itself. With a broken screen, you cannot do so.
