Magsafe battery pack no longer charging phone after 15.1 update?

It’s detected, and it shows that it should be charging, but the phone’s % is not going up, nor is the battery charge going down.

Image shows that since about 00 my phone’s battery has steadily decreased with or without use even while the pack is affixed.
