Settings/Face ID & Passcode requires Passcode immediately

I understand the reason for security when you have credit cards in Apple Wallet, but having no options other than Settings/Face ID & Passcode requires Passcode immediately is quite ridiculous, and should be changed at the next iOS update.

I am sick of entering a Passcode immediately e.g. every time I am wearing a facemask.

Could there be other settings that don't require Passcode immediately.
