Apple Pencil

Should I keep my pencil connected to my iPad Pro or should I take it away after full charge. I am worried about it’s battery health as charging always might hamper it in long run? Please suggest me if I am wrong or other alternative.

Your Apple Pencil has a tiny battery - and if allowed to fully discharge for an extended period can suffer irreversible damage.

I presume you have a second generation Pencil. You would be well advised to keep your Pencil docked with the host iPad whenever it is not be actively used. Doing so will allow your iPad to optimally charge and maintain your Pencil battery, protecting your battery from avoidable damage.
