That’s what I find too. When you change dates it’s like they overlap. I can’t trust what I see and until I touch the calendar entry does it refresh and show the proper appointments. It sucks big time.
Me too! Hate it! The “fix” can’t be uninstalling exchange calendars.

I suggest to use an alternative app such as CalAlarm. That’s much better than any Android.

same issue here on iPad Pro 2020 model after latest software upgrade... fortunately not on iphone (XR)... mostly use ipad for total view of all calendars and this is really annoying
I cannot blame you, this is really a bad issue and Apple is not providing an official answer nor a remediation path for a final solution.
I reset set all settings and no help with the sluggishness. It’s painfully slow abs then freezes. iPhone 13 max here.
I have an iPhone 11 with the same problem. It occurs to me that even the newest MacOSX has this problem but in a little minor way.

I am having the SAME Issue. I use multiple calendars and they are all mashed up. The only solution I have found that refreshes them properly is to shut down and restart.

Switching off wifi seems to work on my devices.
A fix and much improved performance is on their way for both iOS and for macOS!
