That’s what I find too. When you change dates it’s like they overlap. I can’t trust what I see and until I touch the calendar entry does it refresh and show the proper appointments. It sucks big time.
Thanks for flagging! Updating now!
Tedinburgh1 - Apple today released iOS version 15.2. It fixes the problem!
15.2 seemed to work and fix it but it still cost me a ton of contacts.
Thanks - I just upgraded my iPhone 8 to his 15.2. This sorted my problem with the calendar on my iPhone...

I have 1129 Exchange contacts and they all show in my iPhone.
How many contact do you have?
For me upgrading to 15.2 on my iPhone13Pro did the trick.
Exchange agenda activated and iphone agenda still works normal.
I have same issue on my work iphone SE after 15.1 update. My calendar is so slow and won't respond to touch.

Update to iOS 15.2 and it will be fixed
Bug was fixed with iOS15.2 on iPhone 13pro. Calendar now works fine.
Seems to be fixed in 15.2.
Is it still happening with iOS update 15.2 , i think most of the people got it fixed with new update
I went to calendar settings and found that sync is set to all events. Changed it to two weeks. Immediately the slowness issue got resolved.
OK. Noted. Thank you
