When using the VIZIO SMARTCAST APPLE APP, I cannot control the content. With HULU, NETFLIX, and AMAZON, I can ' Play ', ' Pause ', and ' Stop ' the program. When on APPLE TV, it ignores the remote control completely. The only way to get it to stop is to go back to the SMARTCAST homescreen. How do I control the playback on my VIZIO TV?

Vizio said to contact the APP Author. When I bring up the Apple App on my Vizio Smartcast TV, and go to ' ABOUT ', I get this screen that says YOU, APPLE, wrote the app, copywrite 2021. I have no other information available to me. Why is it SO difficult to get an answer to a simple question???????
