Bridge Baron Gold for ipad

I have signed up for BBgold on my iPad and have shared it with family sharing. On both iPads it shows that the app is shared. On my iPad it comes up fine but on my family members it brings up the signup screen only that requests that you signup for a free trial until the paid timing starts. I don’t want to end up with two paid subscriptions. What do I need to do?

Hello Engrbill,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you have signed up for Bridge Baron Gold on your iPad and have shared it within your Family Sharing group. You are able to access the app without problem. But when your family members try to access the app, they are prompted to sign up for a free trial and then paid access. Apps will normally have the option to sign in with an existing account or the app may not support sharing of the account. We would recommend you contact the developer for information about their app.
