Instagram Not Reinstalling

I recently deleted Instagram and went to reinstall it once more. In the App Store, when I go to click on the Instagram installation icon and nothing happens. If I click to follow the app to someone else that icon responds and I can easily download any other application.

I have reviewed my phone and the Instagram app has fully been deleted from my phone.

I backed up my phone and reinstalled the files. Still no correction to the problem.

What am I missing?
