I am unable to recharge my Netflix account.

My Netflix account is not working. Every time I try I get a message saying payment pending and also asking me to please update the payment information whereas the payment method has been the same since two years. What do I do , please help .

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Netflix no longer allows subscription payment through your Apple ID. If the subscription ended for any reason you will need to resume it from Netflix's website now.

See my answer above your own reply. Netflix no longer allows payment through your Apple ID / iTunes. You must follow the steps in the link provided to setup your account with them directly on their Website.
