BigSur restart required for Bluetooth devices

Recently when my MacBook Pro in Sleep mode, I have to restart my MacBook Pro to enable access to my Bluetooth devices.

For some reason, only my mouse will work, not keyboard or anything else.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue or knows how to resolve it?

This issue also occurs with connected devices, but the Bluetooth issue is very important.

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!

Heptic Feedback Hi, Macbook pro 2020 ventura stopped giving the "click feeling" aka heptic feedback. Anyone experiencing the same prob.? i tried disabling the heptic feeling option at preferences but it was no help. really goes on the nerves when a macbook makes problems...
