iPhone 12 screen flashing when scrolling

Hello everyone, I’m facing issue with scrolling. If I do it too dynamically then a fragment of screen flashes. I was able to record it so I don’t think it’s a screen problem. Sometimes it also moves a bit (scrolles up or down an inch).

I can see it happening on a lot of apps (Spotify, iMessage, Mail).

Another finding… it seems that the “flickering” is caused by a situation where there is a placeholder image for the photos (see the attachment), does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

it looks like for a moment the icon disappears, then reappears again

Also it happens when I’m scrolling the content for the first time, if it has been buffered already it doesn’t happen
