Faint oscillating buzzing sound AirPods 3

My new AirPods gen 3 came in the mail today. Fitment is fine, but there is a faint oscillating buzzing sound that continues with/without music in the left ear and a faint high pitched electrical noise in the right. Anyone else have this problem or should I just get a replacement?

Why does it matter if anyone else has this issue?

Forget the pairing, Try resetting them and connecting again.

If the issue persist, return them and try another pair.
