Hi..My Macbook has a white/or like cloud appearance on the right side of the screen. At first, it was not almost noticeable but now, i observed it slowly scatters with red and green line as you can see in the picture below...What may the possible cause of this and how will i solve the issue? I really need you help and deeply appreciate your assistance. Thank you very much for your future help.

Take a screenshot and see if the picture also has the same issue.
This should help to isolate the issue, if you have an external display see if you get same issue.
If the problem persists only on the internal display screen, i think the problem would be with the display itself.
