Today a few minutes ago I got a notification on my phone that the find my sound had been played. This happened as well for my apple Watch. I do not have family share on and I am not sharing my location with anyone. I got scared since I had not tried to play the sound. I immediately turned of the power of my iPhone. Am I getting hacked? Please tell me I'm not getting hacked!!!

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.Â
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

But I have all the updates set up, over never clicked any sketchy sites and I'm not on jailbreak. So I'm still a little bit confused on what happened. Thankfully I'm not hacked but I'm still curious of what happened.
