I am from India. Yesterday i installed iOS 15.1 into my iPhone 12 and all was going well until i connected my AirPods Pro. When i started listening music I noticed that "Spatial audio" “not playing” .
I tried may steps -> Resetting Airpods Pro and etc etc but same issue, Not Playing.
May be it's a Bug after iOS 15.1 Roll out. If not, then let me know why it's not playing after IOS update.

Check in Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual and make sure "Mono Audio" is turned OFF.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth> Tap on the (i) next to your AirPods Pro Look out for Spatial Audio and turn it on... hope it works!!
