Is spatial audio enabled? You can check this by going to the control center, pressing and holding the volume slider, and clicking spatial audio. If it's set to fixed or head tracked, then it should be working. If not, there's your problem.

that button is grayed out saying spatial audio not playing.
i have Apple Music and played a Spatial audio song. I had this working fine it just stopped working.
iphone Pro 12. IOS 15.2.1 and I have restarted the phone, re- pair the airpod pro as well.
