Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 - universal clipboard works only one way

Hello all. I suddenly have this issue after updating my M1 Mac Mini to Monterey 12.0.1. Universal copy paste ONLY works from iPhone/iPad TO Mac Mini.

I cannot copy text FROM Mac Mini to my iPhone/iPad.

I tried: rebooting all. Forgetting my WiFi and reconnecting all devices to it again. Closing/opening WiFi/Bluetooth to all devices.

Note that I also have a MacBook Air M1 on the same office, and after upgrading to Monterey everything works OK - both ways copy/paste.

Any help??
