MacBook Pro September 2020
Hi, I bought a MacBook pro in sept 2020 from apple online. When I received it, within few days of using, I realized that some keys were not working, I called apple and was told to take it to a closeby apple store..due to COVID the stores opened in August of next year. They saw the issue and changed the mother board. Now it's just few months and the mother board is creating issues again. The touchbar has failed and the laptop restarts again and again. the apple store tech is not able to fix it..and it's outside the warranty..just 2 months ..can anyone suggest what can I do..I cannot spend anymore...and the technician feels it's a defective piece.
