SE2020 replacement?

I have a problem

One month ago I bought a brand new se2020 and yesterday I checked it with 3utools and I shocked

Rear camera & front camera & touch id are abnormal or may be changed

(Factory value of these are n/a but read value has serial number)

Also battery serial number both are n/a too but because there are the same its normal

Is it correct?🤯

🔴because im in a country that there is not any apple stores i can't check it there

one other question

can i find rear or front camera and touch id serial numbers?or can someone delete serial numbers that it show n/a?

🔴please help me what should i do how I know my phone doesn't have replacement?
