I just bought a iPhone and you want my trade in back in 14 days but I don’t receive new one for several days after after the 14 day mark.

The 14 days starts when you receive the trade-in box and label. They normally ship that at about the same time as they ship the new phone. It may arrive a few days after the new phone arrives.
